Allison Borrego

Got a social media community to engage or a brand personality to develop? You want Allison’s skilled hands behind your handle. She’s got the social intelligence and creative insights for the job, as well as the youth edge that makes her proficient on any platform.

Her social credentials extend beyond her B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi and her Hubspot marketing certifications. As a student, she managed daily social media content for the University Center and Hemispheres Cafe, designing graphics, concepting videos, boosting Google reviews, and improving engagement.

As our Social Media Coordinator, Allison creates scroll-stopping content in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. With a few strategic taps and snaps from her thumbs, you’ll be speaking your social community’s language like a native.

Allison’s passion for driving clicks ‘n conversions is only rivaled by her love for chips ‘n guac. Away from her feed, you can catch this Ratatouille-inspired chef taking her dogs on long walks and craving Crumbl’s specialty flavor of the week (so worth it). From Type A to Gen Z, she’s the full spectrum of what it takes to personalize your social content in ways that always make impressions and drive results.

Joshua Ramirez

Take a top-notch communicator with a knack for strategic thinking, add a BA in Journalism & Mass Communications, mix in a charismatic personality and humble demeanor, and you’ve got Joshua.

He was also a Missile Air Defense Artillery Operator for the U.S. Army (yes, it’s as impressive as it sounds), where he picked up lessons in service, integrity and problem solving he would later apply to marketing.

Joshua’s diverse marketing experiences include designing ads for a multi-million dollar country club, publishing political articles on Capitol Hill, and managing a fan engagement project for the NFL.

At Anderson, Joshua’s on active duty for all your account needs. He uses his superhuman communication skills to keep projects on track from initial meeting and concept to launch and analytics. He’s trusted with accounts like the Valero Alamo Bowl, Freetail Brewing, Vantage Bank, and the Alamo Colleges District.

Away from the office, you might catch Joshua home-brewing beers, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and advocating for education for underserved youth. But to know anything about Joshua, you have to understand that he’s a family man and the proudest husband and father around.

Victor Hernandez

Victor started out studying graphic design at San Antonio College and aspired to be a concept artist designing maps and characters for video games. Then he discovered how well his talent for visual thinking translated into creating print and digital advertisements. He ventured out on his own as a freelance designer for three years delivering on-brand graphics in HTML and CSS for websites of local businesses.

Wanting to sharpen his skills, Victor pushed his limits in the intensive software development bootcamp, CodeUp, where he completed certification in full-stack web development. He became proficient with code versioning tools like JavaScript and GSAP animation, and now uses them to enhance user experience for AMG clients.

At AMG, Victor works with brands like Pizza Patrón and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® on the front-end of web development. He creates innovative, responsive and functional visual elements that achieve the client’s vision and engage consumers to take the desired action. When he’s not problem solving in the code world, Victor can be found going hard at the gym and enjoying the best Thai food San Antonio has to offer.

Kelly Anderson

Kelly is a San Antonio local in the making! Native to La Grange, Texas, Kelly is making her way through all the San Antonio hotspots one weekend at a time. After graduating from Ranger College with an Associate in Arts and Communication, Kelly has made her administrative skills known throughout Texas and Louisiana.

She has held multiple positions over the years, including Office Manager at Jett Business Systems and Staff Accountant for Service Steel. At AMG, Kelly serves as the Accounting and Office Administrator and keeps the workplace in full functioning order. No report is left unturned or unfiled!

Away from the office, you can find Kelly and her family taking in all the natural wonders that Texas has to offer. From exploring the greenery of the San Antonio Botanical Gardens to taking in the sun on the shores of South Padre Island, Kelly and her family are certified Texas adventurers!

Jennifer Pang

Jennifer is AMG’s very own Disney heroine! Not only because she saves the day a lot around here, but also because she knows enough Disney trivia to stump Mickey Mouse.

Jennifer is a graduate from Northeast Lakeview College where she earned her Associate in Business Administration. She plans to further her education and earn her bachelor’s degree in the near future. Before joining the team at AMG, Jennifer held a supervisor position at Victoria’s Secret and also served as a Sales and Marketing Administrator at Ward North American.

Currently, Jennifer serves as our Administrative Assistant and is the friendly smile that greets every AMG visitor. She also sends out task sheets to keep our schedules and timelines aligned. And because she’s a go-getter, she’s learning how to run traffic with vendors to boot.

When she’s not welcoming guests, you can find her and her husband gallivanting through the Wonderful World of Disney – from enjoying the exquisite cuisines of the parks to trading collectible Disney pins, Jennifer is a Disney Queen at heart.

Alexa Baca-Martinez

Meet the original Alexa. Rumor has it her aptitude for finding answers quickly and professionally inspired Amazon to name their device after her. True or not, Alexa’s knack for exceptional account service means she can translate a client’s vision for success and keep even the most wily creatives on track.

Originally from El Paso, Alexa found herself at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio where she earned her marketing degree. While studying, she learned how to deliver personal customer service from her time as a financial call center rep. With an agency internship under her belt, Alexa secured a position managing the Texas Department of Transportation’s Don’t Mess with Texas campaign before she brought her knowledge and experience to AMG.

On any given day, you can find Alexa applying her organization skills and passion for meeting client’s objectives to accounts like the Alamo Colleges District, The Ecumenical Center, Daedalians, and Porter Loring. But away from the office, she’s probably walking her Dachshund, Luna, baking Top Chef’s next great pastry, or catching sweet eats at CAVA.

Viri Rodriguez

Viridiana (you can call her Viri) is a social media influencer in the making. Following the latest online trends, Viri has the vivacious personality to make it big! A graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Public Relations, Viri has always had a passion for engaging the masses.

After completing her studies, Viri began her first internship with Yelp San Antonio. While there, she created lasting connections with local small business owners and developed a passion for community. Viri also spent two years working for Reeder Vogel Advertising Inc. where she managed social accounts for more than 70 funeral homes.

When she’s not creating content for her own social media pages, Viri’s thumbs are busy on the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok accounts of AMG clients like the South Texas Medical Center, Fratellos, Miralomas, and Pizza Patrón.

When Viri grabs some free time, you can find her bundled up on the couch binge-watching the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé. She can also be spotted around town checking out local eateries with her foodie sidekick, Cash the Aussie.

Carlie McCrory

Originally from Chicago, Carlie came to San Antonio to attend Trinity University, but quickly fell in love with the coffee shops and food culture of the city. While earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, she secured two internships at local agencies and developed a diverse background in social media marketing.

Carlie went on to manage the marketing for 34 Papa John’s locations while at Pizza Venture. She is also the content creator and curator for Eats in Town, a popular Instagram account featuring the best in food from national and local brands. Other accounts Carlie has run social media for include Boudro’s Texas Bistro, Bubble Bath Carwash, and the Papa John’s Tucson.

Her experience crafting engaging social media campaigns, creating business partnerships that generate sales, and implementing innovative social media strategy has given her the knack for turning followers into customers and customers into advocates.

As AMG’s Social Media Specialist, Carlie manages all our social accounts, including Freetail Brewing, Fratello’s, La-Z-Boy, and the South Texas Medical Center. Her skilled eye for photography, design, videography, and drafting effective copy are assets to our clients. Carlie also contributes her insight to strategy and creative campaigns across our client base.

When she’s not driving leads on social media, Carlie can be found exploring San Antonio’s food scene and trying specialty beverages. And she’s always down for the barbacoa from El Milagrito Café on Woodlawn.

Eduardo Juarez is an award-winning art director and graduate of the University of Incarnate Word. As a student, his natural design talents earned him multiple awards for his packaging, logo and poster designs including a National American Advertising Federation Award for publication design.

Before joining Anderson Marketing Group, he interned for the historic Hispanic agency, Bromley Communications, and on the client side for H-E-B. As a professional, Eddie has won multiple American Advertising Federation Awards for his package design on Freetail Brewing and collateral for the The McNay Art Museum.

Eddie’s attention to detail and design acumen has positioned him as the lead art director on the agency’s largest account, The Alamo Colleges District. He’s also the lead art director on La-Z-Boy Furniture, The McNay Art Museum, and provides support on the Freetail Brewing and Valero Alamo Bowl accounts.

His aesthetic is a blend of his California roots and San Antonio upbringing. Sneakerhead doesn’t begin to describe his love for shoes. He’s inspired by the different colorways, textures and styles from the iconic shoes of his childhood. That influence, along with many others, can be felt in his work whether it’s a motion graphics video for the launch of a new product, behind-the-scenes on a video shoot for broadcast, or in the studio refining collateral design.

Marisa Moss’s love for sports and entertainment followed her throughout her life. Her interest in marketing and communications drove her to attend the Fashion Institute of Design & Marketing. From there, she began working at Intertrend, an Asian marketing agency in LA, and even worked as a hip-hop artist promoter. At AMG, she will be overseeing the creative workflow process, ensuring that our work is done on time and within the client’s production specifications. When Marisa is not overseeing the agency’s workflow, she’s giving back to the community through her work with half way houses, like the women of the Grace House, and in prison ministry.
