Last year, we announced our partnership with Miralomas, a master-planned community set on nearly 900 acres of breathtaking Hill Country vistas just five minutes from Boerne and 25 minutes from San Antonio. If you’re looking for a home that offers quiet seclusion with nature, yet connects you with first-rate schools, medical facilities and recreation – including Boerne’s restaurant and shopping scene – this is the community for you. The only problem? No one knew about this Hill Country gem yet. We were challenged to put all our creative and media capabilities to work making a critical first impression in the market. We first got to know Miralomas better by touring the grounds, taking photographs and learning what’s important to them. Kim, our president, has also taken an active role in planning some aspects of the community. After diving into research, we started writing their core messaging for the five most important aspects of the community: lifestyle, amenities, nature preserve, scenic views, and preferred builders.

Our strategy focused on promoting Miralomas across print, outdoor and social media channels. We knew the importance of capturing the beauty of the land and so made photography a prominent element. The copy centered on two of Miralomas’ competitive advantages: the permanently-preserved natural habitats and convenience of Boerne just up the road. We produced directional signage, outdoor boards, a two-page spread and tri-fold brochure, as well as flyers and print ads for local publications like the Boerne Visitor Guide. More and more people are learning about the wonders of Miralomas every day, and AMG is proud to be a part of their growth.
