Art Director

If you enjoy creative teamwork and have strong conceptual skills and 3 to 5 years experience, we want to see your book. Anderson Marketing Group is a full service agency with broad capabilities and a diverse client base. Our goal is to develop compelling creative that moves the needle and connects emotionally with target audiences. We need a strategic, creative thinker whose attitude and energy inspire great work that will include art direction, graphic design, production of collateral materials, branding, print, broadcast and web.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, 3-5+ years of experience, and a diverse portfolio.
  • Ability to develop strategic, conceptual solutions to meet client needs.
  • Capacity to meet critical deadlines and maintain high quality standards. Self-motivated, resourceful, and well organized.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and make presentations internally and to clients.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard graphic design tools for both print and electronic media. CS – Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign. Experience with web design and online ad experience a plus.
  • Print production skills.

  • Writing/responding to RFP’s
  • Strong presentation skills that convey a high level of confidence when speaking publicly
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking skills are a must
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to convey client needs throughout multiple agency departments
  • Strong written and verbal skills

This is a full-time position that may require more than 40 hours per week when necessary.
